A Cabinet composed of Association representatives on University Committees shall be under the direction of the Council. Membership shall be left to the discretion of the Council and any changes in the membership shall be announced to the Senate. The Council shall review the membership by the second week of Autumn quarter. The Committee Staff Assistants, the Chair of the Nominations Commission, and the Chairs of the Graduate Education and Research and Undergraduate and Residential Education Committees of the Senate shall be members of the Cabinet. The Cabinet shall meet at least once a month to discuss and route issues and action items from the various committees into the Association.
