Definition

Rules of Order of the Senate, Council of Presidents, Boards, Bureaus, Commissions, Committees, or Task Forces of the Association (referred to in this section as a ``body of the Association'') shall be the written rules of parliamentary procedure adopted by the applicable body relating to the orderly transaction of business in meetings and the duties of officers in that connection. These Rules of Order shall govern their respective bodies in all cases to which they are applicable, and in which they are not inconsistent with the Constitution or these By-Laws.
