- Shall be chaired by the Senate Chair, or, in his/her
absence, a member of the Committee selected by the Committee.
- May constitute any committees it deems necessary for
the conduct of its business.
- Meetings shall be called in the manner specified for
the calling of meetings of the Senate, with the Committee empowered
to take all actions normally taken by the Senate.
- Minutes of all meetings of, and copies of all legislation
passed by, the Committee shall be forwarded in a timely manner
to all members of the Senate.
