- Elections shall normally be held at the times and
places, and in the manner specified, by the Constitution and
these By-Laws. If an election is not validated, then the Senate
may, by a two-thirds vote, call for an additional election
to be held at the times and places specified in a Special Charge
of the Commission.
- The Senate may, by a two-thirds vote, call additional
elections for recalling officers, filling vacancies in offices, and
approving ballot measures.
