- The Commission shall present to the Senate for its
information a timetable specifying completion goals for all aspects
of an election at least eight weeks before the Spring quarter
general election, or one week after the Senate has called an
election.
- Where the Constitution, these By-Laws, or the Special
Charge of the Commission specify a deadline for an aspect of
an election, the Elections Commission may impose an earlier deadline
only with the approval of a two-thirds vote of the Senate.
