- Meetings may be called by the chair of the Commission
or any two members of the Commission.
- All members of the Commission shall receive proper
notification of these meetings.
- Minutes taken at these meetings shall be filed with
the Association Office in a timely manner.
- All actions taken by the Commission shall be taken
only after approval by a majority of the Commission during a
meeting of the Commission, unless otherwise specified in these
By-Laws.
