- The Pollmaster shall advertise for, interview, hire, and train all
poll watchers. Poll watchers shall be responsible for all elections
activity at a specific polling site.
- The Assistant Elections Commissioner in charge of
Operations shall advertise for, interview, hire, and train all
ballot counters. Ballot counters shall be responsible for the
security and tabulation of all ballots before they are distributed
to the polling sites and after they have been returned to the
Commission.
- The Assistant Elections Commissioner in charge of
Publicity shall advertise for, interview, hire, and train all
staff of the Elections Handbook. The staff shall be responsible
for the gathering of all information to be included in the Elections
Handbook, as well as its typesetting, printing, and distribution.
- The Elections Commissioner shall advertise for, interview,
hire, train, and supervise the elections interns. They shall
be responsible for such general administrative and operational
duties as are assigned by the Commissioner.
