- All unmarked ballots shall be kept locked in the Association
Office, except during polling hours when a limited number may be
kept in the Commission office and at each polling site. Unmarked
ballots not locked in the Association Office must always be in
the custody of an election officer, who shall sign for them.
- All marked election ballots shall be kept secure at
each polling site, be transferred to the Commission office only
by an elections officer, be examined and tabulated only in the
presence of elections officers, and after being tabulated shall
be kept locked in the Association office.
- After the election, all unmarked extra ballots shall
be destroyed, except for those retained as records.
- All marked ballots shall be kept for three months,
after which they shall be destroyed.
