- Signature sheets shall be used in all elections except
for the Spring quarter general election. However, signature
sheets may be used in the Spring quarter general election at
the discretion of the Election Commissioner.
- A signature sheet shall consist of a series of lines,
one per voter. Each line shall contain sufficient blank space
for the voter's printed name, signature, and student identification
number.
- Unmarked signature sheets shall be treated as unmarked
ballots; marked signature sheets shall be treated as marked ballots.
- All signature sheets shall be kept for three months,
after which they shall be destroyed.
