- Business Project Managers may be removed by a two-thirds
vote of the Senate or by the Financial Manager with the approval
of the Council of Presidents.
- Such action by the Financial Manager may be overridden
by a two-thirds vote of the Senate, provided such vote is taken
by the first regular meeting of the Senate after the meeting during
which they are informed of the action.
- Vacancies in the position of a Business Project Manager
shall be filled by the Financial Manager subject to approval of
the Senate.
