- Shall select the attorney or law firm to staff the Office
and set the pay and hours of the attorney.
- Shall promulgate and review from time to time both
the policy guidelines and the clients the Office will handle.
- Shall review the operations of the Office.
- In no case shall the Senate interfere in the day-to-day
operations of the Office or violate any of the ethical guidelines
for attorneys.
