Student representatives for University committees shall be nominated by the Association through the Nominations Commission with the majority vote of the Senate. Each year, the Senate and the COP shall choose the Nominations Commission as specified in the By-Laws. The Nominations Commission may recommend to the Senate the removal of any representatives of the Association who do not regularly attend meetings of their committee or do not fulfill their obligations to the committee. Alternative procedures for these nominations may be specified, through agreements between the Seante and the President of the University, if the Nominations Commission is unable to make the nominations.
