WHEREAS
the Senate must each year approve the Rules of Order of the Senate of the Association, and

WHEREAS
both the passage of time and the new constitution have outdated the present Rules of Order

THEREFORE
be it enacted by the Senate of this Association

THAT
the following be adopted as the Rules of Order of the First Senate of the Association:
