WHEREAS
the Senate must each year approve the Standing Rules of the Senate of the Association, and

WHEREAS
both the passage of time and the new constitution have outdated the present Standing Rules

THEREFORE
be it enacted by the Senate of this Association

THAT
the following be adopted as the Standing Rules of the First Senate of the Association:
