the ASSU Special General Election was held on May 22 and May 23, 1996, and

WHEREAS
the election was conducted in a non-partisan manner and in accordance with the Constitution and By-laws of the ASSU

THEREFORE
be it resolved by the Senate of this Association

THAT
that the certification of the attached offical election results be approved.
