To Confirm the Associate Financial Manager as Financial Manager for the 1996-1997 Fiscal Year

Action requested: Approval; requires two-thirds majority

WHEREAS
the Financial Manager Selection Committee has reconvened to evaluate the performance of the Associate Financial Manager; and

WHEREAS
the Selection Committee has determined that the Associate Financial Manager has performed his job in an exquisite manner; and

WHEREAS
Article V, Section 8, Part B.4 of the Association Constitution states that the committee shall resubmit the name of the Associate Financial Manager to the Senate as the nominee for Financial Manager if their assessment of his or her performance is positive; and

WHEREAS
the Selection Committee, as stated earlier, feels that the Associate Financial Manager has performed equally as well as the prior Financial Manager;

THEREFORE
be it ordered by the Senate of this Association

THAT
the John T. Hall be confirmed as Financial Manager for the 1996-97 Fiscal Year
