Motion to Reconsider

A motion to reconsider an action taken at a meeting of the Senate shall be in order only at the same meeting as, or the meeting immediately subsequent to, the meeting at which the original action was taken. A motion to reconsider an act of the Senate may be made by any voting member of the Senate who voted on the prevailing side, who abstained from voting, or who was not present to vote on the original question due to an excused absence.
