- The Deputy Chair shall be responsible for producing
and distributing to all members of the Senate one or more Senate
agenda packets. These packets must be distributed at least three
days prior to the appropriate regular Senate meeting, or as soon
as possible for a special Senate meeting. The packet(s) must
include the order of business, the action calendar, all minutes,
reports, bills, and resolutions to be considered during the meeting.
- All items for inclusion in the packets must be given
to the Deputy Chair on or before an appropriate deadline established
by the Steering Committee. If no minutes or reports are provided
by the appropriate committee, body, or officers, then it shall
be assumed that no substansive work was done since the last Senate
meeting, and thus no action items shall be included in the action
calandar from that committee, body, or officer.
