In undertaking any authority granted to it by the Constitution of the Associated Students of Stanford University or these By-Laws, the Council of Presidents, the Senate, and all other agencies, boards, bureaus, projects, and committees of the Association, shall not discriminate against any individual or organization on account of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, or physical or mental disability.
