- Alternate Senators shall have full privileges
in all Committees of the Senate.
- The Chair of the Senate shall be an ex-officio
member of all Committees of the Senate.
- Every Committee of the Senate shall have
the power to admit additional ex-officio members to its ranks,
but not to the Senate proper. Such additional members shall not have a
vote in the committees.
- A position on a committee shall become
vacant upon the death, resignation, or removal of a member otherwise
entitled to hold such seat. The Senate shall have the power
to remove any member of any committee.
