- The Senate may transmit to the Commission any bill
or resolution to be placed on the ballot as a ballot measure,
in which case the author of the bill or resolution shall be considered
the author of the ballot measure.
- Any member of the Association seeking to place a ballot
measure on the ballot must submit a petition of members of the
Association to the Commission. The information pages in each
petition packet shall contain the text of the ballot measure.
