- In order to be included in the final tally of ballots
cast, an absentee ballot must be mailed to the Election Commission
with a postmark no later than the second day of voting, or delivered
in person to the Commission no later than the close of the polls
on the second day of voting. The Commission shall not be responsible
for absentee ballots which do not reach a member or are not returned
in time to be tallied by virtue of delay in the postal system.
- Any ballot incorrectly marked shall not be tallied.
