DESCRIPTION

Argument 1 is the URL and argument 2 is the hyperlink text.

Keyword arguments

target

is an optional target symbol

onClick

is the script-code which is executed when link is clicked.

onMouseOver

is the script-code which is executed when the mouse moves of the link.
